Pascal Cornelis (1972) started his career alongside his father, Ronny Cornelis, who was a licensed agent for Bank Corluy in Ghent, Belgium. After twelve years with Bank Corluy Pascal joined forces with people sharing the same vision on asset management to found Value Square in 2006. At Value Square he is Head of Relationship Management as well as member of the Board of Directors.

Wim Descamps (1967) is a certified translator (Hogeschool Gent). Until 2001 he was responsible for the Kortrijk Private Banking branch of Deutsche Bank. He then joined Bank Corluy where he was account manager for the region West-Flanders. At Value Square he is responsible for Compliance and Operations and a member of the Board of Directors.

Anne Gallant (1958), is a master in Biology and Urban Planning, she started her career at Money exchange agent Schutte in Antwerp. Schutte was later acquired by stock broker Smeets-Verbaet. In 1994 she became an agent for Bank Corluy in Roeselare, Belgium. At Value Square she is responsible for IT.

Mieke Goemans (1971) obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Eastern European languages and cultures at Ghent University. She occupied several internal and external sales functions for Eastern European markets and the Middle East. In 2004,  she entered the financial sector, first at VDK Savings Bank and later at Argenta Bank. At Value Square, she is assistant to our relationship management team.

Wim Henneman (1968) after working for five years at Dexia he joined Bank Corluy in 2000. After a period as account manager he became responsible for the advisory management division and was a member of the Equity committee. At Value Square he is an account manager and member of the Asset Management committee.

Patrick Millecam (1968) has a bachelor degree in Applied Economics and started to work for Bank Corluy in 1993. Beginning as a financial analyst he later became responsible for several mutual funds. During his tenure many of these funds won several awards. Patrick regularly appears in the media (Tijd, Cash, Kanaal-Z and VFB newsletter). At Value Square he is responsible for Asset Management and he is a member of the Board of Directors.

Nic Van Broekhoven (1980) is a member of the Board of Directors of Value Square and responsible for the mutual fund Value Square Equity World. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance degree at Bentley University (Boston, USA) and has been professionally active as an analyst and fund manager since 2003. Previously he worked at Petercam W&P (Liege) and I-Methods/Foyer Patrimonium (Luxemburg). In February 2008 he joined Value Square. He is regularly quoted in Belgian financial newspapers De Tijd and De Standaard. He writes a regular column for the American magazine Better Investing.

Guy Van den Daelen (1948) started his banking career in 1973 at the Belgian branch of Crédit du Nord, where he was an office manager and a portfolio manager. Twenty years later, he joined Bank Corluy Effectenbankiers, first as Private Banker, later as Head of Private Banking West-Flanders. Guy was one of the people who took the initiative to found Value Square and works in relationship management.

Kurt Wuyts ( 1972)  started his career in finance at Generale Bank, and moved to the niche market of private banking at Bank Corluy in 1999. Among other tasks, he helped to develop the advisory desk.  He continued to head the advisory desk after the takeover of Corluy by  ABN Amro. In 2008 he joined Value Square; Kurt is responsible for relationship management for the Antwerp and Limburg regions.

Ronny Cornelis (1951) started his career at Kredietbank (now known as KBC). He worked there for eighteen years. In 1988 he became an agent for Dupont which was acquired by Bank Corluy in 1992. Together with his son Pascal and a few other people he took the iniative in 2006 to create Value Square. Ronny is a key-account manager and member of the Asset Management committee

Kristoff Van Houte (1966) has a degree as civil engineer. He worked as a financial analyst and fund manager for Bank Corluy and wrote for magazines Cash and the VFB Newsletter. Currently he writes a column in the weekend edition of Belgian newspaper De Standaard. He regularly appears on Kanaal Z and in 2000 he started his own newsletter called Kroffinvest.
In both 2002 and 2004 he competed in the Tijd-newspaper “Strijd der Strategen” competition. Kristoff won both times he competed. Kristoff Van Houte has been a value investor his entire career and is a stable reference shareholder of Value Square

Boris Cukon (1972) is a non-executive independent director at Value Square. He has a bachelor degree in Applied Economics from the University of Antwerp. He gained his financial experience at Bank Corluy as a senior portfolio manager and precious metals analyst.
Boris regularly appears in the media (Tijd, Cash). He is the owner and executive director of BC Research, an investment research company. As from 1st April 2008, he works as fundmanager for Luxemburg-based Fuchs et Associés, Brussels Branch.
